Growing up in a multi-ethnic community, Curtis experienced the power of diversity and learned to navigate and value both Catholic and public school environments. His personal struggles led him to appreciate sports and coaching as an outlet and metaphor for life. With a degree in Psychology, a focus on assertive discipline, and a deep faith, he overcame adversity and developed life-changing techniques. Over the past three decades, Curtis has built a career dedicated to helping others navigate their challenges, drawing on his experience as an educator, counselor, coach, administrator, and mentor. His mission is to empower individuals to reach higher levels of achievement and fulfillment, mentally, personally and professionally.
